Ryan Reynolds Admits He Just Might Be A Kate Beckinsale Doppelganger

Fans of Kate Beckinsale will recall when the actress said to Jimmy Fallon that she thought she and Ryan Reynolds looked a lot alike. Apparently, Ryan Reynolds came out to say he couldn’t help but agree with the sentiment claims a new report from Just Jared. Ryan Reynolds Admits He Just Might Be A Kate Beckinsale Doppelganger.
When he spoke with the hosts of Today on the 12th of December, the 43-year-old actor claimed whenever he looked at Kate Beckinsale, it was like looking in the mirror. Ryan jokingly said on the show that he was even considering wearing a similar dress.
In all seriousness though, Ryan admitted it wasn’t the first time he heard that he and Kate looked similar. In fact, other people have mentioned it to him on a regular basis over the years. Earlier this year, Kate took to her Instagram to point out she was one of the most Google Searched actresses.
Moreover, the actress joked that many of the searches were probably just wondering how she managed to put on muscle for her role in the Deadpool movies. Even though Ryan and Kate both have children of their own, it’s clear they still have the time to joke around.
Us Magazine reported earlier this year that Ryan has been busy working on his career, but he likes to spend as much time as possible with his children. Fans of Ryan and Blake Lively know they just welcomed their third child into the world this year.
When he spoke with Hoda Kotb on Today, Ryan admitted leaving his family is becoming increasingly difficult as the years go by and his kids slowly get older. According to the National Lampoon’s Van Wilder alum, when his children ask where he’s going and why he’s leaving them, it gets tougher.
A source who spoke with the aforementioned outlet in October of this year explained Ryan was doing everything in his power to spend as much time with his kids as possible. It’s truly a priority to him at this point in time.
Ryan and Blake have three kids following their marriage in September of 2012, including Inez, James, and their third baby.

A New Resident Evil 2 Achievement Links The Game To The Resident Evil 3 Remake

As cool as it would have been for this content to be in the game originally as a nod to a potential Resident Evil 3 remake, it’s better late than never. Scattered around the world of Resident Evil 2, players can find letters written by various series characters, such as Chris Redfield. Those who have already scoured the game and found all of them now have a reason to go back through, according to the new achievement “Chasing Jill.”
The achievement can be unlocked by finding Jill’s letter. The exact text description reads “read a letter left behind by Jill,” which is pretty cut and dry. We don’t yet know when the update will release, nor where the letter will be in the game or how hard it will be to find. A New Resident Evil 2 Achievement Links The Game To The Resident Evil 3 Remake.
It’s a decent little treat for Capcom to throw in while we patiently wait for the Resident Evil 3 remake, but it might not exactly warrant another playthrough. Hopefully, the letter is easy to find and doesn’t require much progressing through the game. Those who have already beat the game twice – assuming they beat both Leon and Claire’s campaigns – might not care to go through it all a third time. Still, it has been almost a full year since its release, so maybe this is as good a time as any to give it a whirl.
It might make sense to assume that the letter from Jill dates back to the first Resident Evil game, but Resident Evil 3 acts as both a prequel and sequel to the second game in the series and the letter were assumedly written during the events of the third game.
In Resident Evil 3, Jill finds herself at the police station just before Leon and Claire show up, narrowly missing them. There’s a good chance that gamers will actually see her write the letter when Resident Evil 3 hits in April.
There’s no official word on when the update with the new achievement will roll out, but considering that its existence is now out of the bag, one can expect it relatively soon. It’s a neat little connecting strand, but it might have been more fun before the announcement of the Resident Evil 3 remake.
It would have been one of those things that had gamers arguing over whether or not it hinted at things to come or was simply a fun easter egg with no deeper meaning.

Early Access Title Raft On Steam Releases The First Chapter Update With A Solid Amount Of Content

Raft attaches itself well-enough to the exponential increase of survival games; it’s been in Early Access since early 2018, since amassing over twenty-thousand reviews on Steam, with 83% being positive.  It started as an alleged prototype and has since continued to grow.
The gameplay centers around players surviving at sea on top of (you’ll never guess it) a raft.  With fishing, salvaging trash, and exploring small islands dotting the landscape, the primary concern has been a lack of general content to continue to work towards.  The newest update coming from developer Redbeet Interactive may silence those critics, however, as it brings a hefty amount of content to the indie title. Early Access Title 'Raft' On Steam Releases 'The First Chapter' Update With A Solid Amount Of Content.
Two new destinations have been added to the title, both encouraging you to stretch your legs and trek on solid land; a welcome respite for many.  One destination is a sizeable island, and one is a desolate cruise ship long since forgotten.  The developers also updated the smaller islands that already dot the landscape (or lack thereof) and a radio tower.
You’re looking at a wealth of exploration needed to fully experience the newest update, and not many can claim it’s unwelcome.
Raft is also going a bit of the beaten path of many survival games that litter the storefronts, by adding lore.  Lore that actually explains why you’re desperately attempting to survive on a raft.  This update brings the first part of the lore that seems to, thus far, be actually interesting.
New enemies are also found in the update, bringing oversized rodents (Rodents Of Unusual Size) called Lurkers, and bears to challenge explorers that leave their wits on their vessel.
Finally, new systems and utilities are available to make your survival less drab.  A new receiver system allows players to find new landmasses, and easily revisit ones that they’ve found in the past.  With this comes a captain’s wheel, allowing users to steer their craft.
It’d be silly to have an ability to steer yet still be at the mercy of the winds, so biofuel refineries and engines are now available for crafting as well, giving your rag-tag vessel and crew a direction, along with a sense of purpose.  Biofuel is crafted with honey and raw food in the biorefinery, further elongating the crafting tree that survivors must navigate to make use of the new tech.
Finally, a machete rounds out all of the new content that has been brought, letting explorers have a fighting chance against the new uglies.

Kid Rock ditches Detroit restaurant after Oprah Winfrey rant

Kid Rock has chosen to close his Detroit-area restaurant in the wake of the backlash he's facing in his hometown over a recent profanity-laced rant he directed at Oprah Winfrey and other television personalities.
The restaurant, which occupies a premium, high-profile spot on LCA's Woodward-facing side, was the target of protests when the arena opened with six Kid Rock concerts in September 2017. Kid Rock Ditches His Hometown Restaurant Following His Anti-Oprah Winfrey Rant.
He continued, "They're like, you're [expletive] racist, I'm like, you're [expletive] weird".
Although neither party tied the parting to the video or the ensuing backlash, the singer wrote Wednesday on Facebook that he still has "much love for the city of Detroit and the people/organizations that I have helped there for years, black, white, whatever, but" that he "learned long ago, go where you're celebrated, not tolerated".
About a dozen NAN supporters gathered Wednesday across from the restaurant for a previously announced media event to address the recent Kid Rock footage and denounce his disparagement of Winfrey.
A statement attributed to Chris Granger, president of sports and entertainment for Ilitch Holdings, said a new concept will be introduced in the space that "aligns with our community and company values".
A Baby Yoda Gift You Might Actually Get In Time For Christmas!
His species has a very long lifespan after all the original Yoda revealed that he was 900 years old in the movies. As far as we know, Baby Yoda is not, in fact, a young version of Yoda from the original Star Wars movies.
"I guess the millions of dollars I pumped into that town was not enough", he wrote. "I said @#%^ that and her. End of story". "You haters better be shaking in your boots", he vented.
Kid Rock (sort of) elaborated on his disdain for Winfrey in a follow-up tweet on Friday.
Kid Rock is bidding adieu to his restaurant Made In Detroit and his hometown. The group, which was founded by Sharpton, was planning a protest against Kid Rock at the restaurant today.
Kid Rock followed up his post with another announcement on Wednesday, declaring that "all this BS" has got his "blood pumpin'" to make new music and tour in 2021. Kid insisted he wasn't racist but rambled on a few obscenities about how the women could suck his.you know.and while there isn't a lead-in into how this rant came about, Kid did later explain why he has a bone to pick with the Own Network mogul. Rock added, "I may be guilty of being a loud-mouth jerk at times, but trying to label me racist is a joke".
The video later shows Kid Rock performing on stage and then sitting at the edge of the stage before what appears to be a police officer helps him regain his feet and escorts him from the stage.
The Made in Detroit restaurant features rock- and Southern-themed food offerings, along with the array of Kid Rock memorabilia.
